Speaker 1:

If I got you to click, welcome to sign one, because only a weak feeling person would feel the need to click here. And what's crazy to me about this logic and the propensity for a weak mindset is the sign that you secretly want and crave confirmation and affirmation of what you already know that your mindset is weak Because this video serves less as intended education and more as a reminder to your current dedication, that you are accepting of your weakness and it is ruining your life. And that, in the same way, we are not intended to be sick or ill physically, because at the first physical sign of illness fever, runny nose or cough we will seek medical attention. It's not just to get back to a healthy state, but what we would consider a normal state. Thereby, as we are not intended to be sick physically, we are also not intended to be sick mentally. We are also not intended to be sick mentally. We are not intended to be ill with depression, anxiety or stress. That is not how the mind is designed and that is an obvious sign and distinction. You are not sick or ill. Rather, you are weak and standing still.

Speaker 1:

So here's a truth that might serve as an odd form of comfort, but is also quite harsh. It's not just you. Our mind is highly susceptible and ripe for influence, and the world of persuasion knows it. So the less time you take to work on your mind, the weaker it is, like any muscle available to you. So God wanted me to tell you check your emotions at the door, for if you do nothing else, there's a truth that awaits you day after day and left unchecked, that truth is sad, dark and tragic. So imagine continuing the path that brought you here Another video, more content, more instant hopium and doing nothing. For here is a reminder of the signs your mind is weakly dying and thereby ruining your life, signs you already know and see but can't free yourself from Remember. I'm simply a reminder of what you already know that life and your life, all life, is won and lost in the mind, and the difficulty we face is that everyone and everything is vying for precious space and time in your mind. So here's sign two you don't know how your mind works, so it works as a force against you.

Speaker 1:

That firstly, and so importantly, your mind believes everything you tell it, everything. You tell it. I mean everything. You tell it that it literally cannot differentiate between what's real in physical life in physical reality and what you see in your mind, and that power which is built in all of us and is called consciousness, which, in relatable terms, is the most awesome supercomputer available to all of us and goes to work for you all day, every day, even while you sleep, and, aside from keeping you alive, like beating your heart, working your organs and all your bodily functions, it's also designed to provide you with everything you think and see about you and for yourself. So that means, quite literally, you are what you think you are, and as soon as you decide to make a change in your mind by just thinking something different, your conscious supercomputer, mind and body will begin to change, like immediately, right now, on the spot.

Speaker 1:

And I didn't intend this to be a science lesson, but I think it's wise to know some basic things like neurons, which are responsible for brain functionality, wire together based on thought patterns and can therefore rewire itself based on what you tell it, meaning you can create new thought patterns anytime you want. So the mantra goes neurons that wire together fire together. Where focus goes, energy flows. New thoughts create new patterns, and this is super important to how you feel, because thoughts create emotions, which create more thoughts and more emotions and go on a deeper level that, even at a cellular level. The minute you decide to make a change, any change, particularly a challenging one, and you take action, exposure to that challenge will transform you and you don't have to oppress or depress or cause you to be anxious or depress or cause you to be anxious. Remember your mind is not sick, it's weak because you, as you're listening, have the power physiologically, neurologically and psychophysiologically to seek and accept change and ultimately your mind and body transforms at a cellular level, literally turning parts of your DNA on, which creates new proteins and reconstructs your physical and mental makeup. So if you haven't picked up on this sign already, you have formed a weak identity, and the sign of a weak mindset, which will ruin your life, is never believing you can change because you don't know how your mind works. And so now you've created a force that works against you.

Speaker 1:

Sign number three the device vice. The world is a distraction. From the moment you rise, there's constant vying for your attention and your device is quite literally like a vice and always available for a quick hit, a quick fix, irresistible and vulnerable to your weak mind. You already know not to grab your phone. You already know there's nothing there but lost time. You already know it alters your moods and the thoughts in your mind. You already know not to grab your phone. You already know there's nothing there but lost time. You already know it alters your moods and the thoughts in your mind so much so that you continually and totally lose time and that is your good morning, afternoon and good evening to yourself. Six plus hours a day on your phone and the ruin starts early. This time, loss and lapse has become the ultimate persuasion in your mind, from one stimuli to the next, and the weakness and ruin permeates.

Speaker 1:

Sign four the circle of mistrust. Every person is an influencer, everyone. So the problem is not just friends, but always the type of friends. And the fact that you think somehow you need friends for validation is, firstly, not a good sign. Not a good sign. Not saying you should close yourself off to the world entirely and to people, but there's simple math to this. Surrounding yourself with a group of non-believers influences no belief. Surrounding yourself with complainers influences you to complain. Surrounding yourself with low achievers influences you to set your bar low. So I just say better to have no friends than to socialize.

Speaker 1:

Weekly Reminder, I'll say it again, it's worth saying everyone in your life has influence and persuasion to your mindset Everyone. And as the saying goes, the devil's greatest trick was convincing the world he does not exist. Do not let the devil in and create ruin. Sign five Excuses, excuses. Believe that your life is somehow a journey to where it is today and it has nothing to do with you at all and that, even worse, nothing is your fault at all, for excuses relieve you of accountability, leaving you powerless or too weak to change. Simply put, playing the game of excuses perpetuates a weak minded permanent vacation from reality, your reality. The sign of excuses is the conscious acceptance of releasing control. This will ruin your ability to create solutions.

Speaker 1:

Sign six the zone of comfort. It is said that the more you read, the more you learn, because the more you realize how much you don't know, the more you work out, the more your muscles hurt, which forces them to grow. The more water, light and exposure to air you give a plant, the more it will grow. None of that implies comfort. So, as the saying goes, nothing changes if nothing changes, and expecting otherwise is hoping for luck. At best, the zone of comfort is you avoiding a growth plan, which thereby exacerbates a weak and ruined existence.

Speaker 1:

Step seven the difference of being taught and learning, biases aside, I believe this talk is necessary for you and all of us. I truly and deeply believe that consuming this type of content and seeking coaching, mentorship and broadening your scope in life is vital to all growth and your growth. But if you don't take action on yourself and you continue to succumb to the influence of life from and through the knowledge of others and using that to form your mindset and beliefs about your world, that's the ultimate definition of ruin, because then you have never learned anything about yourself. For yourself, you are, then, a creation of influence based on beliefs and experiences that others have pushed on you. And let me be clear there is nothing you seek to fulfill for yourself that doesn't require you to ingest, consume and overflow your cup with the wisdom of knowledge. But if you take anything away from this talk, it should be to begin being a more active participant in the game of life.

Speaker 1:

Seek your own spiritual challenge. Seek your own spiritual challenge. Seek your own relationship with God. Don't just vomit what a pastor preaches. Seek your own physical commitments. Run your own marathon, lift those weights and invest in the pain of direct experience with life. Otherwise you're on the sidelines and before you know it, the ruin will weaken your mind into submission. So if you're watching, it's getting late early. Change your mind, change your life. I am who I say I am. Stay rich.
